Advanced Lucid Body
This workshop is dedicated to characterwork.
Moving into more advanced exercises, and utilizing your Basics tools, this workshop will move seamlessly into embodying character. Bring a character you are currently working on or would like to work with. A character that you have always wanted to play, even though you may never be cast as this character.
Or a character from a play or script you would like to use for a little scene for a showreel.
If you don´t have a character at the moment or would like to work on something new, just let me know and I will send you a few plays to choose a character from.

We will work individually, in pairs and groups and within the scenes of the character.
This workshop is about stretching beyond what we think our limits are.

Knowing the basics of the Lucid Body is recommended for this course.
