This Masterclass takes you deeper into the Lucid Body technique through a challenging, playful and highly physical workout for actors.

Explore the Three Brains of the body – head, heart and gut – and discover the different characters, archetypes and energies that live within your instrument. Learn to shift your physical and emotional energy from one extreme to another within a split second, and use your body as a powerful source of impulses, choices and transformation.

Through improvisation, you will put these discoveries into action.

The clear structure of the exercises gives you a strong framework to work within, allowing you to let go of control and become truly free and spontaneous in your choices.

You will develop a physical understanding of structure and freedom that you can carry into any future improvisation.

Follow your impulses, take risks and allow unexpected characters, relationships and stories to emerge.

The Ancestor Circle offers another powerful way of connecting with your body and your roots. Through an embodied, non-judgmental exploration of your ancestry and family background, you will work with the root center and discover how your personal history can become a source of connection, imagination and creative energy.
