Through physical gestures your body will easily reconnect to this workshops achievements.

This is the perfect workshop for you to get out of the head and into the body, using the tools of the Lucid Body to expand your range of expression. Following your intuition, your emotional intelligence and the impulses from your body is a liberating aspect of the course.

You´ll come out of this workshop with at least two new characters you can use for a new project or showreel.
